Achieve real results from your direct mail program. That’s what our Direct Mail Cooperative has done for participants since 1988. Read on to find out how our easy, structured and continual approach will help you achieve real results.
We specialize in donor, acquisition and renewal campaigns for Foundations and non-profit organizations. Our process has been developed and maintained over more than three decades.
Coded reply slips give you tools to track your donors. Use collected data for reporting to better understand your donor base. Carefully target your next campaign based on these results.
A targeted ask can help donors feel included in the growth and development of your organization. Ask for help building a new facility, buying needed equipment, maintaining a specific program or providing charity care.
Formatting can be customized to meet the specific needs of your campaign. Additional colors and details are available to further brand your organization.
At IPC Direct Mail Cooperative, we take security very seriously. We strictly follow HIPAA compliance guidelines which includes opt-out language, NCOA control and secure data encryption.
Format One offers a two-sided, two color, letter and reply slip in a large window envelope along with a windowed return envelope. This cost effective method is designed to mimic official hospital correspondence. The strategic simplicity of this format encourages recipients to open for better returns per mailing.
The next step, Format Two, offers a two-sided, full color, letter and reply slip with your two color logo on the outer mailing envelope. Format two also includes a one color return envelope. This format is recognized, by the recipient, as a branded mailing from your foundation.
Success depends on cultivating a continuous flow of new donors to support your annual giving, major gift and planned giving programs.
Building that base of new donors is critical. It’s made easier when you have a well-executed, consistent, direct mail program in place designed to replenish and grow the donor base while generating ongoing revenues to impact current fundraising efforts.
